Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates through various methods, engaging with them throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the life sciences sector.
  • Expertly leverage LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement, employing advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, to enhance candidate discovery.
  • Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders at Meet to understand specific job requirements and apply this knowledge to candidate searches.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to effectively position opportunities to candidates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets and performance metrics to drive success across searches.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) to track candidate progress and ensure all activity and information is tracked appropriately.
Qualifications/skills
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a candidate-focused researcher (No senior applications please)
  • Preferably in the life sciences/Pharma/ a Technical industry or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, with expertise in using LinkedIn and Boolean search methods.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Ability to write effectively and professionally, crafting clear and compelling communications for candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
