We are currently looking for an Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Activity and resource planning
• Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation into the organization
• Managing the production of the required deliverables
• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Makes sure clients receive requested products and services timely
• Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
• Organizing and motivating a project team
• In charge of projects scheduling
• Cost estimating and developing budgets
• Analysing and managing Project risks
• Formulating reports and necessary documentation
