A remote accounting firm is seeking a full-time Independent Contractor based in South Africa to handle US accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in US accounting/bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and a strong service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include financial reporting, client collaboration, and managing accounts payable/receivable. Competitive compensation of $1,400–$2,100 per month is offered along with permanent work-from-home support and 15 days of paid time off annually.

- 3+ years of US accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Strong command of English for client-facing communication.
- Familiarity with AP/AR processes and payroll.
Responsabilités
- Prepare timely financial reports and variance analysis.
- Manage AP/AR, month-end close, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with US clients and manage multiple accounts.
