We’re looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Co-Ordinator to support a busy, high-end salon in the V & A Waterfront area. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in both admin and hands-on client service.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
- Provide accurate treatment and service information
- Perform beauty treatments when needed (back-up therapist)
- Assist with stock control and retail product sales
- Beauty Therapy Diploma (ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP)
- 3+ years’ experience in beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nails, massage, etc.)
- Strong admin/front desk skills (bookings, calls, payments)
- Proficiency with ESP, MS Office
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Strong retail knowledge and sales experience
- Friendly, professional and well-groomed
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Organised with great time management skills
- Calm under pressure and proactive
- Knowledge of nail & beauty technology treatments
- Reliable and works well in a team environment
- Competitive basic salary (based on experience)
- Commission on treatments (after reaching targets)
- Retail commission
- Rostered shifts (Monday–Sunday, incl. public holidays)
