Job description

Overview

Do fault analysis and problem solving in many different fields of expertise, depending on complexity and as assigned by Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for workshop, services room and its technical equipment for compressed air and cooling water, technical infrastructure (building, water and air supplies).
• Identify, immediately report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned equipment.
• Recognize and report problems to Maintenance Manager on other than the assigned equipment.
• Rectify any defective equipment or tooling as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in identifying when to involve suppliers (e.g. toolroom or external suppliers).
• Develop maintenance plans and check lists on assigned equipment together with Maintenance Manager / team.
• Ensure general maintenance on equipment (oil and grease) as agreed with responsible person.
• Identify spares needed for assigned equipment.
• Ensure that machinery and equipment is maintained and conduct minor maintenance and repairs.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum N3 in millwright trade theory and trade tested.
• 5 years' experience post trade test.
