Overview

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy across digital channels, managing social media presence, coordinating content and design assets, and representing the brand at trade shows, events, and client activations.

You’ll play a key part in shaping how the company is perceived and help build a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to build audience engagement and brand awareness
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and adapt social strategy based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, launches, and updates via digital channels
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (presentations, banners, brochures, case studies)
  • Manage planning, logistics, and representation at industry trade shows, expos, and marketing events
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website content updates
  • Liaise with photographers, designers, and third-party agencies as needed
  • Assist with internal communications, client gifting, and ad-hoc marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience (social media, event marketing, or digital content preferred)
  • Solid understanding of brand and digital marketing principles
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for visual consistency
  • Comfortable managing and creating content in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
  • Confident in-person communicator—comfortable representing the brand at events and expos
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Based in Cape Town, with availability to travel to events locally and nationally as required
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in tech, digital services, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns or SEO basics
  • Photography, video editing, or content creation skills
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
