• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT support ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience working in a remote IT support environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) is a plus.

• Flexible working hours based on South African time zone.
• May require occasional evening or weekend shifts, depending on client needs.
