Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT support ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience working in a remote IT support environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours based on South African time zone.
- May require occasional evening or weekend shifts, depending on client needs.
