An established company in Port Shepstone invites dynamic / experienced Human Resources Manager s to apply for this vacancy : -

KPA - to lead our HR department and support the companys strategic goals through effective people management.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the companys objectives
• Manage recruitment onboarding and staff retention processes
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
• Advise management on HR best practices disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputs
• Oversee employee training and development plans
• Drive employee planning job evaluation and attendance controls

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management level
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
