A leading recruitment agency seeks a Sales / Business Development Executive (BDM) responsible for developing and managing broker relationships in South Africa and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the financial services or construction sectors. The Sales / Business Development Executive (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new broker and partner relationships across Construction, Surety, and Financial Lines. The successful candidate will drive business growth through proactive lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure. This is a target-driven, client-facing position requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution.
