Our prestige client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their fast-paced and innovative environment. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
Key Skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Evaluate and improve business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and testers to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including the development of test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Maintain project documentation, change logs, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data reporting and visualization tools for business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel).
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus.
