About the Role

As a Senior Associate Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. You will work across business and technology domains to bring clarity to complex problems, translating strategic goals into actionable requirements. You’ll support medium to high complexity projects under guidance, ensuring solutions are well‑designed, traceable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document clear, actionable requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse, cleanse, and visualise data to uncover insights and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Process Mapping: Model current and future state processes using BPMN, with an understanding of process levels (1–5).
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies, assess feasibility of options, and propose improvements with measurable benefits.
  • Requirements Development: Evaluate business needs against existing processes and support the development of fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead and support workshops to elicit requirements, validate findings, and build shared understanding.
  • Change Control & Traceability: Maintain audit trails of requirement changes and support change request processes.
  • Business Case Support: Contribute to business case development, including benefit analysis and value justification.
  • Documentation: Produce clear and structured documentation using MS Office and Google Suite tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Support quality gates and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesise data and stakeholder input into actionable insights.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Familiarity with BA tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Mural, Miro, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Working knowledge of BA techniques (e.g. SWOT, PESTLE, SIPOC, MoSCoW, user stories).
  • Understanding of change control, traceability, and quality assurance principles.
  • Awareness of Generative AI and enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
