Placements24 in Paarl, Western Cape, seeks an empathetic HR Officer focused on employee wellbeing and engagement. You will develop wellness initiatives, run engagement surveys, and support onboarding while promoting a positive work culture across our hospitality group.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR with wellness experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of wellbeing frameworks. Flexibility for remote work within South Africa is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, psychology, social work, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience with focus on employee engagement or wellness.
• Knowledge of wellbeing frameworks and HR best practices.
