Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with wellbeing, engagement or culture initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing wellbeing programs and mental health support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive employee wellbeing and engagement strategies.
• Design and manage programs focused on mental health support, stress management, and work-life balance.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify drivers and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to foster a culture of open communication and feedback.
• Organize and promote wellbeing events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employees seeking wellbeing and engagement support.
• Partner with HR colleagues to integrate wellbeing and engagement into policies and practices.
• Track and report on key metrics related to wellbeing and engagement.
• Advise management on best practices for a positive, supportive work environment.
• Ensure alignment of wellbeing initiatives with organizational values and goals.
