Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Remote HR Generalist focused on employee well-being to join a fully remote team. Develop and implement initiatives that promote mental, physical, and emotional health for a distributed workforce.

You will design programs, promote EAP resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve work-life balance and reduce burnout. Remote experience and HRIS proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, social work or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience with a focus on employee well-being or wellness programs.
• Strong understanding of mental health resources for employees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering programs in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage employee well-being programs for a remote workforce.
• Promote mental health resources like EAPs and counseling.
• Support work-life balance and burnout prevention for remote staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver wellness events.
• Track participation and report on effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure HR policies reinforce employee well-being.
