Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote HR Coordinator to join a fully remote workforce. You will support HR processes, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment coordination, and drive employee engagement from anywhere, including Paarl, Western Cape.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, 2–3 years of HR support experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Remote work with potential development opportunities and flexible hours are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Experience in HR support or coordination is preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Respond to HR inquiries and provide guidance.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Organize and coordinate employee events and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour laws and HR policies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Foster a positive remote work culture and maintain confidentiality.
