• Support HR trainings and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
• Assist with leave administration and time tracking.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and SA labour laws.
• Support recruitment activities (interviews, job postings).
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
