This critical position is responsible for the recruitment, training, management, and retention of volunteers who are essential to the successful operation of our client's programs. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and report on volunteer engagement metrics and program impact, recommending improvements to outreach and retention strategies.
• Represent the organization at community events to promote volunteer opportunities in Tembisa .

Requirements
