Job summary

FNB POP Rustenburg seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service to walk-in and existing customers, promoting digital channels while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF. You will identify needs, present banking solutions, and cross-sell where appropriate.

In a high-volume branch, you’ll build strong customer relationships, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on product offerings. Minimum Grade 12; 1–3 years in financial services preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner, identifying needs and providing appropriate banking solutions
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service platforms, promoting eChannels and migration to digital
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF, while achieving service and sales targets
