Job summary

FirstRand's FNB POP team is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch. You will promote digital and self-service channels while ensuring FAIS, FICA, and TCF compliance.

You will identify customer needs, upsell appropriate banking products, maintain accurate records, and stay informed on product offerings and regulatory changes, working ethically in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services.
• Sales and service targets proven.
• Ability to work in high-volume branch.

Responsibilities
