Job summary

You will work within FAIS, FICA and TCF guidelines, aiming to migrate customers to e-channels while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments in financial services.
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service options.
• Fulfil transactions above set benchmarks with high service levels.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within turnaround times.
