Job summary

FNB POP Universal Advisor in Fochville, Gauteng, seeks energetic individuals to deliver compliant sales and service in a high-volume branch. You will engage customers, identify needs, and guide them to appropriate banking solutions while promoting eChannels and self-service options.

You will operate within FAIS, FICA and TCF guidelines, ensuring ethical service and accurate records, with opportunities for learning and growth in a busy, dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognised by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital channels.
• Fulfil transactions and achieve defined service benchmarks.
