Job summary

FNB Rustenburg is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a busy branch environment. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, promote digital channels, and ensure every interaction is ethical and value-driven.

You will build customer relationships, manage leads, and stay informed on product offerings while contributing to a high-volume, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification.
• 1–3 years customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner and identify needs.
• Sell, cross-sell products aligned to customer needs and promote digital channels.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate them to e-channels.
• Fulfil transactions meeting benchmarks while delivering excellent service.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure governance compliance.
