Job summary

FNB in Gauteng is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment. You will help customers with banking needs, promote digital channels, and ensure ethical, regulatory-compliant interactions.

As part of our POP team, you will build relationships, manage customer records, and stay informed about product offerings and regulatory requirements, while striving to meet service targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 (minimum)
• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields (preferred)
• 1-3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner to understand needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels, e-Channels and self-service platforms to migrate usage.
• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Meet or exceed service and sales targets while upholding ethical standards and company policies.
