Qualifications

• 4+ years in outbound B2B cold calling, appointment setting or SDR work.
• Experience calling UK businesses (essential) and senior-level buyers (strongly preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Comfortable with CRM and sales prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects based on business needs, company size and authority.
• Make outbound calls to senior roles at UK mid-size and large businesses.
• Book 8 or more qualified meetings per month.
• Log activities and report weekly on dials, conversations, meetings and show-ups.
