Time Personnel in Cape Town is seeking a Lead Generator Sales Consultant to join our office in Pinelands. You will be the friendly, professional voice that brings UK businesses into our partner programme, handling outreach to retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants and hotels. You’ll sign them up and nurture ongoing relationships for ongoing business.

The role offers a solid basic salary with unlimited commission, and the chance to own the complete partner relationship.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in phone sales to clients.
• Clear and confident spoken English is essential.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience with referral/affiliate/channel partner programmes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to UK retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants, hotels and other businesses using lead lists and prospects uncovered.
• Present the partner programme to owners and managers and sign them up.
• Open trade accounts for retailers and offer them the trade discount.
• Provide a welcome pack: referral link, printed cards and a short guide.
• Follow up with new partners to assist their start.
• Walk new customers through ordering online, and place orders by phone when easier.
• Phone customers after their first delivery and line up their next order.
• Build lasting relationships with top partners through regular contact.
• Record every call, outcome and callback in the CRM the same day.

Are you english first language with excellent communication skills that are a cut above the rest? This exciting position requires an individual working from an office in Pinelands where you will be the "friendly professional persuasive voice" that brings UK businesses into our clients partner programme.

You'll phone retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants and hotels, explain how the programme works, sign them up, and then look after them so they keep sending business your way.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience managing phone sales calls to clients


• Clear and confident spoken first language English is Essential!

• Comfortable making 50 plus, calls plus per day


• Self managed, know what you want to earn and make money


• Experience with referral / affiliate / channel partner programmes highly advantageous
