The Sales Centre co in Cape Town is seeking a cold calling sales representative to generate leads for a UK-based consultancy. You will contact senior decision-makers at UK companies and book introductory meetings with the founder.

This is a lead-generation role, not closing deals, with UK business hours and full-time 40 hours per week. You will research prospects, build call lists, handle objections, and maintain a clean pipeline.

Competenze

• 4+ years in outbound B2B cold calling or SDR roles.
• Experience calling UK businesses and senior buyers.
• Fluent/Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience selling services or consultancy is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sectors is beneficial.
• Strong numeracy in dial-to-conversation metrics.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient with CRM and sales prospecting tools.

• Qualify prospects based on needs, size, turnover and authority.
• Make outbound calls to senior roles at UK mid-size and large businesses.
• Book 8+ qualified meetings per month.
• Build and research call lists using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Follow up with concise emails and messages.
• Log activities and report weekly metrics.
• Track who was contacted and follow up or suppress as requested.
• Provide feedback on messaging and target sectors.
• Schedule introductory meetings via Calendly.
