Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a Field Sales Agent in Colesberg to proactively identify and convert prospective customers into service subscribers. You will manage your own lead-generation strategy, build a sales pipeline, and meet revenue KPIs in a target-driven field role.

Requirements include Grade 12, 1–2 years outbound sales, a valid driver’s license with own vehicle, and excellent English and local language communication. CRM proficiency and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven outbound sales experience (1–2+ years).
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license; willing to travel in the territory.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new and existing customers to subscribers; drive revenue.
• Plan daily field routes, prospect, and close sales; manage full cycle from contact to activation.
• Submit weekly activity reports; keep CRM updated with leads and status.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and sentiment; handover to installation/after-sales teams.
• Represent the brand professionally in the Colesberg area and uphold company values.
