Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a Field Sales Agent in South Africa to proactively identify, approach, and convert prospective customers into subscribers of our services. This field-based role is target-driven and rewards performance with commission.

You will manage the full sales cycle, generate leads, plan daily routes, maintain CRM records, and hand over new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience in a similar field is required (1–2 years).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in English and local South African languages.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Plan and execute daily field sales routes and canvassing to build a pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, interactions and sales activity.
• Submit weekly activity reports covering prospects, pipeline status and sales.
• Hand over new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
