Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a proactive Field Sales Agent in Cradock to identify and convert prospective customers into subscribers, driving revenue through door-to-door canvassing and targeted outreach. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles and maintain CRM records to support weekly reporting.

A valid driver''s license and own vehicle are required, with a strong focus on meeting targets and delivering commissions through performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales experience.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Valid driver''s license and own vehicle.
Fluent in English and local languages.
Proactive, target-driven with strong communication.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge of local broadband/LTE or wireless is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell to new and existing customers to generate revenue.
Plan and execute daily field sales routes and canvassing to build a strong pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to activation.
Submit accurate weekly activity reports and keep CRM records up to date.
Provide reliable market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer sentiment to support area planning.
Represent the brand professionally in the assigned area and hand over new subscribers to relevant teams.
