Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify, approach, and convert prospective customers into subscribers of our services. This is a target-driven, field-based role with a self-starter who can independently build and manage a sales pipeline and deliver against KPI targets.

Responsibilities include sales and revenue generation, lead generation, full sales cycle management, and accurate weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years outbound sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven with strong sales focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with English and local languages.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn CRM systems.
• Experience selling broadband fibre / LTE / wireless internet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to activation.
• Plan daily field sales routes and pipeline building.
• Prospect, cold call, and pitch to potential subscribers.
• Submit weekly activity reports covering prospects and pipeline.
• Keep CRM records up to date.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
• Handover new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
• Represent client professionally in area.
