Job summary

The Talent Room in Aliwal North is seeking a Field Sales Agent responsible for proactively identifying and converting prospective customers into subscribers of our services. This field-based, target-driven role rewards performance with commission earnings.

You will manage the full sales cycle, generate leads, plan daily routes, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years outbound sales experience, a Grade 12, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales experience.
Grade 12 required.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English and local languages.
Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems.
High personal integrity.
Experience selling broadband fibre/LTE or wireless internet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through activation.
Plan and execute daily field sales routes, door-to-door canvassing, and area penetration strategies.
Proactively prospect, cold call, and pitch to potential subscribers to achieve targets.
Submit accurate weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records daily.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and sentiment.
Deliver a complete handover of new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
Represent the brand professionally in the assigned area.
