Job summary

Optimi Learning is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administration Agent to join our Central Supply Chain team in Centurion. You will provide essential administrative support to the warehouse, handling order management, reporting, collections, returns, and general facility upkeep.

The role requires Grade 12, a related Certificate/Diploma, and at least 2 years of administration experience, preferably in a warehouse.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or Administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ administration experience, preferably in a warehouse.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS software; familiarity with Pastel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage filing and resolve client queries.
• Escalate issues to management where necessary.
• Assist walk-in clients with ad hoc queries.
• Support certificate printing and dispatch processes.
• Update and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) records.
• Create and track internal orders.
• Process orders on Pastel as required.
• Compile reports and perform basic analysis of supply chain operations.
• Investigate and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist customers with parcel collections.
• Maintain an organised collection room and ensure timely shelving of new orders.
• Prepare returns and update the returns register.
• Capture returns on WMS and inform the Inbound Agent.
• Assist warehouse staff with data capturing and processing.
• Support general warehouse duties when needed.
• Assist in general upkeep of office and warehouse spaces.
• Maintain records of queries and provide weekly reports.
