Placements24 is seeking a Telecoms Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment at customer premises and remote sites in the Mahikeng area, North West. The role requires independent work in a field environment and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
• Field Service Technician or similar telecom role experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecom hardware and software, including broadband (DSL, Fiber).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and customer-focused interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work flexible hours.
