You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of network equipment, providing essential on-site support. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and base stations, at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on network infrastructure to prevent potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems affecting network connectivity and performance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Document all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, accurately in the company's system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in telecommunications or networking are a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience as a field service technician or in a similar technical support role within the telecoms industry.
