Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee network monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and expansion projects.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on network performance, operational status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecommunications network operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex network infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, mobile technologies (4G/5G), and relevant protocols.
• Demonstrated experience with network monitoring tools, fault management systems, and ticketing systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
