• Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 8 years' telecom ops experience.
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role with proven leadership.
• Strong ITIL/process improvement and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily network operations, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
• Lead the operations team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage the operating budget and resource allocation.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
• Escalate critical incidents and customer issues.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless service.
• Implement tools for monitoring, fault detection, and performance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement within the operations team.
