Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive telecom operations management experience.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Knowledge of telecom network infrastructure and service delivery models.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the telecom network and service delivery teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve network performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
• Manage team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and engineering to align operational goals.
