Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and operational budget management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of telecoms operations, including network management, service provision, and technical support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
