• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 8+ years in telecommunications operations with 3+ years in management or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of telecom network elements, protocols, and technologies.

• Lead the telecom operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents to minimize downtime.
