Placements24 is seeking a Telecom Business Development Manager to drive growth in Stellenbosch and the Western Cape. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead revenue initiatives within the telecom sector.

You will develop sales plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to win new business and exceed targets. A strong background in telecom sales and client relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of the telecommunications market, services, and technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
