Placements24 is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Randburg and Gauteng. You will identify opportunities, develop BD plans, and close significant deals while collaborating with sales, marketing and technical teams.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven sales record, capable of balancing field visits with in-office strategy and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within telecoms.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong knowledge of telecom products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Randburg and surrounding areas.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
