Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor network engineers and technicians.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of all network services meeting SLAs.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Manage incident response and problem management processes to quickly resolve network issues and prevent recurrence.
