You will analyze network traffic data, forecast growth, and develop strategic plans for expansion and optimization, collaborating with engineering and operations while enjoying a remote-friendly work environment in Stellenbosch's tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in telecom network planning, design, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of network architectures, transmission technologies, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network performance to forecast future capacity needs.
• Develop long-term network expansion plans and site selection.
• Create detailed network designs and schematics for new builds.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance network capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure feasibility.
• Prepare reports and present plans to management.
