Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town is looking for a Technical Team Lead - POINT OF SALE to join the Group IT Department. You will lead the Frontshop and Pharmacy POS teams, ensure uptime, and drive rollout of software across store estates.

You will manage internal and external partners, develop SLAs, and oversee budgeting for licences and services while aligning with business objectives and project disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years IT experience with project management exposure.
• Experience in managing store POS environments and related configurations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime of all in-store systems including POS, Back-Office & Pharmacy.
• Manage external vendors and internal partners; develop SLAs and budgets.
• Lead software builds, rollouts and ensure adherence to development methodologies.
