Job summary

Responsibilities

To efficiently direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
To ensure stock and cash management, minimising shrinkage and maintaining housekeeping and administration.
To ensure shop assistants/cashiers are trained, competent and motivated to deliver service excellence.
To ensure staffing levels align with work schedules and labour policies.
To resolve customer queries in line with company policies.
To promote Clicks clubcard participation targets.
To manage stock via security measures, cash controls, returns, and loss minimisation.
To deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
