Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and English at 50% each.
• Retail/FMCG background preferred.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and IR practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Manage stock, cash, and minimise shrinkage while ensuring housekeeping and administration.
• Train, coach and supervise shop assistants and cashiers to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure staffing levels align with work schedules, policies and labour laws.
• Resolve customer queries promptly in line with company policies.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard and achieve participation targets.
• Enforce stock security measures and returns policies, handling admin duties.
• Be a brand ambassador, delivering friendly and professional service.
• Uphold company values and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
