Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor at a Clicks store in the Western Cape. You will report to the Store Manager and drive service excellence at the point of sale, delivering fast, friendly customer service and smooth POS operations.

Your responsibilities include directing daily store activities, managing stock and cash to minimise shrinkage, training cashiers, and ensuring staff coverage and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a customer facing role overseeing staff in a retail/FMCG store ops environment
• Numeracy and stock management experience
• Maths and English at Grade 12 level

Responsibilities

• Direct and control all POS and shop floor operations to ensure timely service
• Ensure stock and cash are managed safely with minimal shrinkage
• Train and motivate cashiers to deliver service excellence
• Schedule staff in line with policies and labour regulations
• Drive promotion of clubcard participation
