Job summary

Netcare Pharmacies is seeking a Technical Clerk to coordinate activities between the Technical Services department and hospital staff, including placing stock and equipment orders and tracking deliveries. You will manage outstanding orders and ensure timely execution within Netcare policy.

You will maintain CMMS data, assist in planning Work Orders, and support the team with reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Technical Services and hospital staff; place orders for stock and equipment.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and manage outstanding orders.
• Maintain asset information in the CMMS and manage maintenance plans in the system.
• Assist in planning and scheduling work orders and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide accurate GRV data and liaise with finance for data capture.
• Generate and collate reports for line management and stakeholders.
