The role oversees the CMMS (SAP PM) and installed base for CAPEX, rentals, demos and loan equipment. Responsibilities include commissioning tests, barcode tagging, audits, budgeting for maintenance, supplier liaison, and producing CMMS and MyMarket reports for the Technical Services
Qualifikationen
- Experience in medical equipment management and servicing.
- Knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with Health Technology Regulations.
- Experience with commissioning tests and equipment safety standards.
Aufgaben
- Manage and maintain medical equipment as per manufacturer specifications and Health Technology Regulations.
- Implement and maintain the CMMS (SAP PM) for all medical equipment.
- Conduct six monthly equipment audits and ensure CMMS data accuracy.
- Coordinate maintenance with suppliers and schedule services.
- Ensure barcoding of new equipment and maintain documentation for replacements.
- Prepare replacement schedules and obtain approvals from Hospital General Manager when needed.
- Provide training and guidance to CETAs and staff on equipment use.
